Constanze Ladner

Constanze Ladner is a self-taught interior designer based in Germany, born and raised near Munich. She worked for 18 years as a designer in the fashion industry, most recently as Head of Design for a streetwear label, before establishing her interior design practice in 2018. Known for her passion for warm, natural materials, she combines refined textures, rich color palettes, and meticulous craftsmanship to create harmonious spatial compositions. In close collaboration with clients, she develops cosmopolitan spatial concepts for both residential and hospitality projects. Recognition includes German Design Award 2025 Gold, a Best of Interior nomination, and inclusion in AD 100.
