good neighbor is a Baltimore-based retail, hospitality, and design concept founded in 2019 by Shawn Chopra and Anne Morgan. Located at 3827 Falls Road, the space operates across multiple layers: a cafe and retail shop on the ground floor, a plant shop and greenhouse in the outdoor garden, and a 7-room boutique guesthouse on the second floor. The concept was built on Chopra and Morgan's shared interest in design and what they describe as an immigrant culture of abundant hospitality, with the goal of creating a space that feels like stepping into a well-curated home. good neighbor carries furniture from both local makers and global brands, alongside books, ceramics, textiles, and objects. The project has been featured in Architectural Digest, Dwell, Condé Nast Traveler, Bon Appétit, and Remodelista.
